Community Amenities

Many Terra Linda homes include upgraded landscaping and nice features for outdoor entertaining, including covered patios and built-in barbeque islands.  Some homes include upgraded kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and quite a few homes feature panoramic views of the surrounding hills and city lights (with a few offering ocean views).  The community is in a centralized location that is close to some great infrastructure, including the nearby school, the Talega Golf Club, and the shops and eateries in the Talega Village Center.

Our Review

Terra Linda enjoys a great centralized location close to a variety of Talega amenities, including multiple shopping centers and parks. The tract is just around the corner from Vista Del Mar School, which is a great for families who can just walk their children to school (be warned of afternoon traffic once school lets out). The tract has multiple cul-de-sacs and feels very private, and select homes towards the bottom of the tract have nice views of the large canyon and surrounding hills
