Solana features the smallest single-family homes on the Talega real estate market as well as some of the cheapest. The homes are built pretty close together, so buyers who do not wish to socialize with their neighbors should look elsewhere. The tract enjoys a quiet location in a central part of Talega, and area amenities are not far away.
