Community Amenities

Sea Canyon New enjoys an elevated location in the Coast District that is tucked a good distance back from Interstate 5.  Privacy is excellent in this area, and the location of the homes on cul-de-sacs only adds to the serene atmosphere.  Many homes are situated on large lots, so pools can be found or built in select backyards.  Ocean and city lights views are fantastic from this high elevation, and you also have great views of the nearby Shorecliffs Golf Club.  Residents will appreciate the close proximity to grocery stores and a movie theater on Camino De Los Mares.

Our Review

Sea Canyon New is for the homeowner looking for privacy in their neighborhood.  The tract’s location in the hills affords this privacy, as do the cul-de-sac streets that Sea Canyon New homes are located on.  The views from this height are outstanding and unobstructed, and you are close to the best amenities in this area of San Clemente (grocery stores, eateries, the movie theater, etc.).  You are a bit further from the beach in this tract, but people who want to be close to the beach would be better served looking west of Interstate 5 anyways.
