Sansol enjoys an elevated location in the northern hills of Talega, so privacy is abundant and panoramic views can be found from quite a few of the homes.  Select floor plans have a bonus room and interior courtyard, and many Sansol homes have designer upgrades and entertainer aspects such as built-in BBQs, fire pits and outdoor fireplace.  The community is not far from Liberty Park and some nice hiking trails.

Sansol features nice single-family homes that contain designer upgrades. The floor plans are open, and the homes are very typical of Talega – beautiful upgrades, sizable rooms, and closeness to your neighbors. The location is private due to an elevated orientation in the northern Talega hills, and select homes have pretty views of the surrounding hills. The homes are well priced by Talega’s standards, and you are only a couple of minutes away from the numerous amenities Talega offers.
