Our Review

San Lucar contains some of the oldest Talega homes, but the floor plans are large and open, and the location is excellent. This is one of the bigger tracts in Talega, so be prepared to get to know your neighbors as homes in San Lucar are bunched close together. Select homes have pretty views of the nearby Talega Golf Club along with the surrounding hills, and the close proximity to area amenities and the local school is a nice bonus.
