San Angelo Real Estate

San Angelo enjoys a very private location high in the hills of Forster Ranch.  It is pretty difficult to find homes this far east in San Clemente unless you move into the Talega area. These John Laing homes, built from 2000 to 2002, range from 3,905 to 4,282 square feet.  The six different floor plans offer 5 to 6 bedrooms, 4.5 to 6.5 bathrooms, and 3-car garages. Pricing ranges from the low to mid $1,000,000s for these large estates, and the monthly HOA assessments are approximately $193.

Community Amenities

Homes in San Angelo sit on large lots of land, with most ranging from 10,000 to 12,000 square feet.  The upgrades are numerous in these beautiful homes: a gourmet kitchen with double ovens, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops; crown molding throughout; a spiraling staircase leading up to large bedrooms with walk-in closets and a balcony in the master; and a backyard designed like a tropical paradise, some of which contain a pool, spa, BBQ island, fountains and a fire pit.  The community itself has some of the best panoramic city and ocean views in Forster Ranch and contains its own pool, spa and clubhouse.

Our Review

Luxury living does not get much better in San Clemente than the San Angelo estates in Forster Ranch.  The homes are big, the lots are big, and the views are big; you really feel like you’re on top of the world from some of these houses.  Modern upgrades are prevalent throughout the homes, and the community is extremely well kept by the HOA.  Having community activity centers in a single-family tract is rare, so enjoy the pool and clubhouse if you don’t feel like making the drive to the beach.  The only thing bad that you can say about this tract is that it takes about 10 minutes to get to the beach if you drive; however, you really could not ask for more privacy or nicer homes.
