Community Amenities

The architecture is in the customary Spanish style of San Clemente along with some Cape Cod-influenced homes.  Many homes feature beautiful tropical landscaping in the front and back yards, which tend to be on the smaller side.  The community includes a pool, spa and clubhouse while being close to a variety of hiking and bike trails.

Our Review

The Ridgemore tract offers a private setting that is a bit further away from the beach and freeway than other communities in Forster Ranch.  The close proximity to the area elementary and middle schools is a nice bonus for families with school-age children, and there is plenty for adults and kids alike to do outdoors, both in the natural elements surrounding the community and the Ridgemore amenities.  The homes are a bit close together, so lot sizes are on the smaller side (pretty similar to a typical Talega tract).  Many of the homes employ a beautiful Spanish design, and the community is very well maintained by the Homeowner’s Association.
