Community Amenities
Many of the homes in Pavillion Heights sit on large lots of land that run anywhere from 7,000 to 10,000 square feet. Due to the large lot sizes and the tract’s hill location, many homes have excellent panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding areas while being afforded large backyards and a good deal of privacy.
Our Review
Like many of the other tracts in the Coast District, expansive views and a quiet atmosphere are the main highlights of owning a Pavillion Heights home. Select homes have great ocean views, and the tract’s interior location makes privacy a nice luxury for residents. Some homes are a bit further down the hill and closer to the freeway, so not everyone gets the great views. The central location is nice as you are close to multiple freeway on-ramps and shopping centers along Camino De Los Mares.
