Area Amenities

North San Clemente offers some of the best pricing in the city while providing ample square footage, breathtaking views, and a short distance to the beach.  The majority of the condo communities are close to the beach and Pacific Coast Highway, while many of the single-family homes are perched on cliffs overlooking the San Clemente coastline or high in the eastern hills, offering great ocean views on clear days (basically year-round).
