 Community Amenities

Many homes in the Normandie Ridge tract are located on cul-de-sacs, so thru traffic does not exist and a quiet atmosphere with excellent privacy is maintained.  With large lot sizes comes a lot of options for creating excellent outdoor living – many homes either have a pool or more than enough room for a pool.  Views from these homes are absolutely stunning from this high of a location; you can see much of the city along with Dana Point Harbor and Catalina Island on clear days (which is basically year-round).  The tract is not far from the freeway or the shopping centers off Camino De Los Mares, and you are only a few miles from the beach.

Our Review

Normandie Ridge presents great opportunities for the buyer looking for extra privacy and some of the best views found in South Orange County.  You cannot say enough about the views from these homes; they are absolutely the main reason to think about purchasing a Normandie Ridge home.  Privacy is excellent in this area, yet you still have easy access to Coast District amenities and the freeway.  There has not been a recorded sale in Normandie Ridge since December 2008, so people seem to enjoy living in this tract.
