Montellano features large homes that are built on big pieces of land, so privacy is found throughout the tract.  Select floor plans include a central courtyard, and it would be hard to find a Montellano home that does not have the latest in modern upgrades.  Many of the homes offer panoramic views of the surrounding hills and canyons, and the tract is not far from shopping centers and the Talega Golf Club.

Our Review

Montellano features large homes that are built on large pieces of land…this is definitely a tract built with larger households in mind. The home is located in the central are of Talega, but it is a little further from area amenities than other centralized tracts due to its high elevation. The homes are heavily upgraded, and the floor plans flow very nicely from room to room. Select homes have an interior courtyard, and these are great homes for entertaining due to the abundance of outdoor space.
