Misty Ridge offers some of the most beautiful custom homes in the Central area along with some of the best views found east of Interstate 5. The location is very private, and the tract’s situation on cul-de-sac streets makes this a safe neighborhood for small children and families. Prices tend to be a bit higher versus other single-family tracts in the area, but the custom nature and panoramic views more than justify the extra costs. Low HOA dues are an added bonus, and even though the homes are in a high location, it does not take long to access the freeway or the amenities found in Downtown San Clemente.
