Community Amenities

The neighborhoods of Marlborough Seaview are high in the hills of the Coast District, creating the panoramic ocean and canyon views one expects from living in this area.  The setting is very private due to the hill location, so thru traffic is mainly limited to homeowners and their guests.

Our Review

This tract boasts quaint family homes in a private setting, so buyers with families or those looking for peace and quiet will find few better options than Marlborough Seaview.  The ocean views from the majority of homes are spectacular and unobstructed due to the high location.  People who are opposed to yard work and landscaping may want to look elsewhere – the large lots are a lot of work to maintain.  There is great potential to build pools and entertainment features in the large backyards to take advantage of the great views.  Pricing is on the higher side for the Coast District, but HOA dues are low and the views are some of the best in the area.
