Community Amenities

Marbrisa’s location in the Coast District hills affords beautiful ocean, canyon and golf course views from some homes.  Due to the age of most of these homes, some owners have taken the type to upgrade their properties with modern appointments.  Since a lot of the homes are situated on big lots, select backyards will have a pool and spa.  Unlike some Coast District developments that are higher up in the hills, Marbrisa is one of the westernmost tracts and enjoys easy access to the freeway and the beach; eventually, Marbrisa will be one of the closest tracts to the new Marblehead Coastal shops and restaurants.

Our Review

Marbrisa is a nice neighborhood with sizable homes perfect for larger families.  The centralized location is a good feature as you are not far from the beach or freeway access.  The proximity to the freeway may be bothersome to some people; while you are not right on top of it, you can hear traffic noise during peak hours.  Marbrisa homes will enjoy further appreciation once the homes and commercial centers of Marblehead Coastal are finally built; Marbrisa residents will be very close to the numerous shops and restaurants that are planned for the new development.
