Community Amenities

Many of the streets in Harbor Ridge are cul-de-sacs accessible via Avenida Vista Montana, providing little thru traffic and extra tranquility.  Harbor Ridge real estate may feature modern and designer upgrades, including newer appliances, built-in BBQs in the backyards, granite countertops, crown molding, and pretty landscaping.  Harbor Ridge is highly elevated in the hills of Rancho San Clemente, so select homes offer panoramic views of the city and the distant Pacific Ocean.

Our Review

Harbor Ridge is situated in one of the highest points in the Rancho San Clemente hills, so while you are a bit further away from area amenities (shopping centers, etc.), the privacy and views are about the best offered in this area.  Harbor Ridge is an enclosed circular community, so there is no thru-traffic; this is a great family neighborhood.  The homes are some of the larger ones offered in Rancho, and the fact that they are also some of the newest ones in the area means that many have a variety of designer upgrades found in the more modern homes built today (crown molding, granite counters, etc.).  Harbor Ridge residents also have access to a 2.5-acre community park that is great for family gatherings or for enjoying the beautiful Southern California weather.
