Our Review

Harbor Ridge is situated in one of the highest points in the Rancho San Clemente hills, so while you are a bit further away from area amenities (shopping centers, etc.), the privacy and views are about the best offered in this area.  Harbor Ridge is an enclosed circular community, so there is no thru-traffic; this is a great family neighborhood.  The homes are some of the larger ones offered in Rancho, and the fact that they are also some of the newest ones in the area means that many have a variety of designer upgrades found in the more modern homes built today (crown molding, granite counters, etc.).  Harbor Ridge residents also have access to a 2.5-acre community park that is great for family gatherings or for enjoying the beautiful Southern California weather.
