Community Amenities

Many of the homes have spacious front and back yards with well-maintained landscaping and beautiful brick and stonework in the cement.  The architectural style is predominantly Spanish and features arched doorways and windows, while the inside may include a large kitchen with ample storage and a center island along with large bedrooms.  The area provides nice views of the rolling hills and canyons of Forster Ranch, and the majority of streets are cul-de-sacs that allow for extra privacy.  Flora Vista is close to Forster Ranch Community Park, Truman Benedict Elementary School, and Bernice Ayer Middle School.

Our Review

Flora Vista is a nice single-family development that adds a nice touch of suburbia to San Clemente.  Privacy is afforded many of the tract’s homes due to the abundance of cul-de-sac streets and the elevated location.  The tract always looks to be in good shape, and you can tell that the homeowners take great pride in their homes.  Families with younger children will appreciate the close proximity to the area elementary and middle schools, and residents are also not far from parks and walking/hiking/biking trails.
