Cotton Point Real Estate

Cotton Point is an oceanfront community located on Calle Isabella that is the southernmost community in San Clemente. The few homes in the Cotton Point community range in size from 6,000 to 9,000 square feet and sit on large lots of land upwards of 30,000 square feet.  These large homes contain 4 to 7 bedrooms, 4 to 8.5 bathrooms, and 4-to-6-car garages.  Homes are very rarely on the market in this private community.

Community Amenities

Cotton Point is the location of President Nixon’s former “Western White House,” where he came to relax and host various foreign dignitaries.  There is access from the neighborhood onto a small private beach that overlooks Trestles, one of the most famous surf breaks in California.  Cotton Point is a guard-gated community that is very exclusive, so privacy is the norm for residents.

Our Review

Real estate does not get more luxurious than the palatial estates found in Cotton Point. The community has everything – gorgeous homes, an incredible location, a unique history, and access to one of the best surf breaks and beaches in California. Homes rarely come on the market in Cotton Point, and when they do, the prices are outrageous. For those with the means, you would be hard-pressed to find nicer homes in a better location than Cotton Point.
