Brisa Del Mar architecture is distinctly Spanish, and select homes have lush tropical foliage throughout the front and back yards.  The community has a pool, spa and two ocean view parks, and some of the homes have peek-a-boo coastal views.

Our Review

While not offering the panoramic ocean views found in some of the Rancho San Clemente tracts, Brisa Del Mar offers some of the larger real estate options in the area.  Brisa Del Mar is an enclosed single-family community, so there is good privacy here.  The homes tend to have open floor plans, and having a 5th-bedroom floor plan option is great for people looking for extra guest/in-law space.  The lot sizes tend to be around 5,000 square feet, although corner lots may have twice that amount, so a big backyard is possible to find.  The community amenities are very nice, and the landscaping throughout Brisa Del Mar is well maintained by the Association.  Overall, this is a lovely tract with nice Spanish-style homes, and if you can find one towards the back of the tract with little obstruction from surrounding houses, you can find some excellent views.
