Community Amenities

Many of the condos in the New Providence community enjoy excellent ocean views, and the central location makes accessing the freeway and beach easier than from the communities that are high up in the hills.  With a wide range of floor plans, buyers have a nice selection to choose from; one constant is that the homes tend to feel very open and inviting.  New Providence is also one of the closest communities to the future site of Marblehead Coastal, so the proximity to the planned shops and restaurants is excellent and will help property values in this area.

Our Review

The first word that comes to mind when thinking of New Providence real estate is: COZY.  The floor plans are well laid out and feel very warm; there are a lot of windows to let in the beautiful Southern California sunshine, so even the smaller condos feel bigger than they actually are.  Not all condos have ocean views, and some that do may find those limited once Marblehead Coastal is developed.  The centralized location is great, but some homes do have to deal with some traffic noise due to the nearby freeway.
