Community Amenities

Privacy reigns supreme in Trinadad; the community is well back from the central area of Talega, so there is little thru traffic and a very peaceful atmosphere.  Across the street from the community is a nice park, and Trinadad is also close to walking and hiking trails.

Trinadad is situated in a very private location towards the end of Avenida Pico in the southern portion of Talega, so the area is very quiet and has no thru traffic. The community is close to multiple hiking trails and open spaces, and across the street from Trinadad is a sizable park that families with children will love. The units are large and packed pretty close together, and select floor plans are laid out a bit awkwardly in the living areas, causing them to feel a little cramped. You are farther away from shopping centers and freeway access, so people looking for privacy will love Trinadad.
