The Santalana condo community contains some of the newest condos in the Talega neighborhood.  The community is adjacent to the Alassio condo community and is very close to the Talega Village Center and the entrance to the Talega Golf Club.

Santalana was completed by Standard Pacific in 2004 and features five floor plans that range in size from 1,292 to 1,881 square feet.  The floor plans come in one or two story layouts and contain 3 bedrooms, 2-2.5 bathrooms, and 2-car attached garages.  Pricing for Santalana townhomes ranges from the high $300,000s to the low $500,000s, and there are two HOA assessments: $174 for the Talega Master HOA, and $170-175 for the Santalana community HOA.

Community Amenities

Upgrades are plentiful in Santalana condos as they are newer homes, so you will likely find granite counters in the kitchen, nice flooring throughout the living areas, and crown molding.  Some properties have sizable patios off the living areas that are perfect for entertaining, and select homes have nice views of the nearby Talega Golf Club.  The community has a pool and kid’s playground area, and the community is right behind the shops and eateries of the Talega Village Center.

Santalana is situated next to the Alassio condo development and enjoys a great location just behind the shops and eateries of the Talega Village Center. Select homes have beautiful panoramic views of the nearby canyon and hills, and another thing that sets Santalana apart is the presence of single-story units, which are very hard to find in Talega. There are only a few single-story condos, but they are end units and employ an open floor plan. Since Santalana is a newer community, the majority of homes have modern upgrades, and the pricing is excellent.
