Community Amenities

Many of the condos in Alassio include upgrades such as granite counters, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, wood flooring, recessed lighting, and crown molding.  The Alassio community contains two pools, two spas, and a tot lot, and select homes have nice views of the surrounding hills.  Alassio is in a great location close to the Talega Golf Club, the shops and eateries of the Talega Village Center, and Vista Del Mar School.

San Clemente Coastal Living Review

Alassio enjoys an excellent centralized location close to many of the best amenities in Talega. You can literally walk to the grocery store or to get a coffee, and the entrance to the Talega Golf Club is also walkable. For families with school-age children, the K-8 Vista Del Mar School is just up the road, and you are close to the Vista Hermosa Sports Park and the Target shopping center. Many of the homes in this community have nice upgrades, and some have expansive views of the surrounding hills and canyons. Keep in mind that some units are 3 levels, so there are a lot of stairs within your unit. These are some of the newer condo options in the city and are priced very reasonably.
