Ground was officially broken on the residential portion of Sea Summit at Marblehead in January 2015. The residential portion of Sea Summit will offer 308 single family homes spread amongst 4 unique neighborhoods – Aqua, Azure, Indigo and Sapphire. The homes will range in size from approximately 1,750 to 5,000 square feet, and pricing is currently estimated to range from the low $1 millions to the low $3 millions.

Taylor Morrison, the developer of Sea Summit at Marblehead, is committed to preserving a lot of the beautiful natural spaces found in this area of San Clemente. While there are 246 acres of land throughout Sea Summit, 116 of those acres will remain habitat-protected open space. For residents of Sea Summit, the primary gathering place will be the Summit House, a resort-style clubhouse centralized within the residential development. There will also be 5 unique parks, over 4 miles of trails amongst the natural spaces, and a long stairway at the front of the development that leads directly to the beach.
There is also a commercial component to Sea Summit at Marblehead that is scheduled for completion towards the end of summer 2015. The commercial area, called Plaza San Clemente, will feature over 70 high-end outlet stores and new ocean view restaurants.
Sea Summit at Marblehead will be served by the Capistrano Unified School District. High school students living in Sea Summit will attend San Clemente High School, which is ranked in the top 1.3% of high schools nationwide with regards to test scores. Elementary school students will attend Las Palmas Elementary School or Marblehead Elementary School, while middle school students will attend Shorecliffs Middle School.
