Rancho Cristanitos is a good community for buyers looking to really get to know their neighbors.  The tract is a small circular development where the homes are built pretty close together, so while the tract’s location affords great privacy with little thru-traffic, you do not find the large lot sizes here like you would in other Rancho San Clemente tracts like Pacific Shores.  The homes were built in the latter part of the 1990s, so many will features modern upgrades like granite kitchens and crown molding.  Even though Rancho Cristanitos is located deep in the Rancho San Clemente hills, few homes have any type of view, but the ones built towards the northwest part of the community may enjoy excellent canyon and city lights views.  The development is very close to multiple parks and trails, so buyers with a love of the outdoors will be very happy in this location.
