Community Amenities

Due to Faire Harbour’s elevated location east of Interstate 5, many of the homes have excellent views of the San Clemente coastline.  The lower units have enclosed patios, while the upper units have sizable balconies (sometimes two for one unit) that offer a great spot to watch the nightly sunsets.  The community’s centralized location makes getting to the freeway, beach and shopping centers an easy task, yet for the most part the homes are far enough from the freeway where traffic noise is not an issue.  For residents and their guests, the community features a large gated area with a pool and spa, and next to that is a sand volleyball court.

Faire Harbour offers a variety of different condo floor plans with excellent pricing and a great centralized location.  The proximity to the future Marblehead Coastal development should help property values increase in the future but may eliminate ocean views from some units, especially in the front row of the community.  Front row condos offer the best views that are unobstructed, but the freeway is pretty close, so traffic noise can be an issue.  The patios and balconies are good-sized, and the detached garages are large and have plenty of room for storage.  The community pool area is a nice feature, as is the volleyball court for people who don’t want to trek to the beach.  The community is very well maintained by the HOA, and the insulated location makes Faire Harbour feel very private.
