Casablanca is a large condo community located in the northern area of Forster Ranch.  There are a variety of floor plans to choose from (one of which is single-story), and the community is situated in a private and natural setting.

The Casablanca community is located on Domador, which is just off Camino De Los Mares in the Forster Highlands. Casablanca features one and two-story Spanish-style condos ranging from 1,100 to 1,680 square feet.  The single-story floor plan contains 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the remaining floor plans contain 3 bedrooms and 2.5-3 bathrooms; every home comes with a 2-car attached garage.  Pricing for Casablanca condos ranges from the mid $300,000s to the mid $400,000s, and HOA dues are approximately $350 per month.

Community Amenities

The western end of the neighborhood is a cul-de-sac, and the neighborhood as a whole has a very private feel with little thru traffic.  The condos feature small side and back yards for entertaining, and some have been upgraded with newer appliances, countertops and cabinetry.  Casablanca includes a community pool, tennis courts, and a courtesy patrol.  The community is close to schools, Forster Ranch Community Park, and the Shorecliffs Golf Club.

Casablanca is one of the few condo communities in this part of Forster Ranch, so this is a great community for buyers looking for a smaller place to live or a nice home to invest in and rent out.  Casablanca has some nice amenities for residents and guests; while pools are typically standard in condo communities, it is usually more difficult to find tennis courts.  The condos themselves are quite big, but keep in mind that the majority are two-story homes with stairs.  The community is only a couple of miles from shopping centers and the freeway, so access to area amenities is not difficult.
