The custom lots will range in size from 5,573 to 12,263 square feet. Buyers can build homes up to 9,000 square feet on a single lot or up to 13,000 square feet over two lots.

Area Amenities
This beautiful coastal development will include a 125-room hotel and the Marblehead Promenade. The Marblehead Promenade will consist of 24 unique commercial buildings, a theater, high-end shops and restaurants, a bookstore, and other amenities surrounded by beautiful courtyards.
An HOA will be established to maintain the community infrastructure, which will include beautifully-landscaped areas, an ocean view park, and trails. Schools
Marblehead Coastal will be served by the Capistrano Unified School District. High school students living in Marblehead Coastal will attend San Clemente High School, which is ranked in the top 1.3% of high schools nationwide with regards to test scores. Elementary school students will attend Las Palmas Elementary School or Marblehead Elementary School, while middle school students will attend Shorecliffs Middle School.
