Property review
This upgraded San Clemente home is located in a gated community that is situated in the western hills of Forster Ranch. The home is towards the end of a cul-de-sac street near the entrance to the Reserve East development, so there is some street noise that can be heard from the backyard as it overlooks Camino Vera Cruz. However, this is one of the only drawbacks to this upgraded home; the floor plan is open and flows nicely, and it has a great entertainer's backyard with a pool, spa, and built-in BBQ island. There are separate living and family rooms, and there is a formal dining area in the living room that fits nicely because the living room is so large. The kitchen and family room are together on the other side of the wall, and there is also a downstairs room that is currently being used as an office but could be a 5th bedroom due to having a full bathroom next door. The master bedroom is upstairs and is very large; it has a separate sitting area and nice views of the distant Pacific Ocean. There are dual walk-in closets in the master along with a separate shower and tub in the master bath. The remaining upstairs bedrooms (3 total) share one bathroom that is a jack-and-jill for two of the bedrooms, and the end bedroom has a small attached balcony.
