The condo, which is a short sale, is on the second floor and contains 2 large bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms. The living area is open and has a floor-to-ceiling fireplace along with an attached balcony that has ocean views. There is a raised dining area off the living room that has wood floors, and the kitchen has a decent amount of counter space. The bedroom in the far back has a private bathroom and two long closets leading to the bathroom, and the second bedroom is nicely sized and has a sizable second bathroom to use just across the hall.
