Vista Pacifica is a great community for buyers looking for a starter home, second home in a coastal city, or an investment property. While Vista Pacifica condos are arguably the smallest in San Clemente, the floor plans are nicely laid out, and the community itself makes you feel like you're in the middle of nature. The streams flowing throughout the community, the multiple pool areas, and the abundance of trees throughout creates a peaceful environment; the one thing to keep in mind is that, due to the size of the community and the amount of units, a lot of people live here. Views are virtually non-existent, although some of the condos in the northmost part of the development (closest to Villagio I) enjoy ocean views. You only get a 1-car detached garage with your condo, but there is plenty of outside parking for guests.
