Villa Montalvo Vista offers some of the cheapest condo options in Southwest San Clemente and enjoys a great location near a bluff front park and a great beach. There are a nice variety of floor plans in this complex, so different price points can definitely be met. This is one of the newer condo communities in the Southwest area, so you may find upgrades in quite a few of the units. People looking for a cozy home that are more interested in location will be very happy with Villa Montalvo Vista.
