Verano is one of the largest condo communities in the city of San Clemente. There is a nice community area with a pool and spa for use by Verano residents and their guests, and the development is not far from a variety of area amenities.

Verano features 144 attached condos that come in the one and two-story floor plans. Verano condos range in size from 1,251 to 1,762 square feet and offer 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 to 2.5 bathrooms, and 2-car attached garages. Recent sales prices have ranged from the mid $300,000s to the mid $400,000s. There are two HOA assessments that Verano residents must pay: one for the community that is between $160-190 per month, and another monthly fee to the Talega Master HOA that is around $170.

Community Amenities
Nice views and a community area.
Many units offer a balcony or patio area, and many homes have been upgraded with modern features and designer appointments. There is a nice community area that has a pool and spa, and you are close to hiking and walking trails. The community is in a nice elevated location, so some homes have pretty views of the nearby hills and the Talega Golf Club. The community is close to the future site of a large sports park and new aquatics center, and the Talega Village Center and Vista Del Mar School are not far from Verano.

Verano is situated in a very convenient location within Talega. While the community is in the northern hills, it is just up the hill from the new Target shopping center and the upcoming La Pata/Vista Hermosa Sports Park. This is a very large condo community with upgraded units, and there are even single-story units available (difficult to find in Talega condo communities). The pricing is some of the cheapest in Talega for condos, and there is also a highly active rental market in this area in case investment buyers are looking for a purchase.
