San Clemente Coastal Living Review
This is an excellent condo complex whose location is pretty much perfect.
Sunset Shores is a great beach front complex with nice amenities, private beach access, and amazing views from every home. You really could not ask for a better location if you want to be close to the ocean, and the floor plans flow very nicely and are wide open, so you will never feel claustrophobic. The proximity to the Pier and beach are positives, but keep in mind that a major train crossing is next to the pier, so you will hear train horns from time to time (a big issue in San Clemente that the City Council is constantly trying to improve). The private beach access stairs are a bit steep, so make sure to hold onto the hand rails when navigating them. Overall, this is an excellent condo complex whose location is pretty much perfect.
