Even though Rimrock is one of the largest developments in Forster Ranch, a private atmosphere is established by the space between homes due to the large lot sizes; the great thing about this tract is that you never feel intruded upon by your neighbors. Rimrock features some of the nicest landscaping in the area; you can really tell that residents take great pride in the large yards they own. While the homes are on the smaller side, the floor plans are very functional and never feel claustrophobic, which is helped by the nice views many homes enjoy.
