Ridgemore is a large single family development tucked way back in the eastern hills of Forster Ranch. The tract is situated next to an undeveloped hillside, providing large backyards for some homes and extra privacy for the neighborhoods.

Community Amenities
Close to a variety of hiking and bike trails.
The architecture is in the customary Spanish style of San Clemente along with some Cape Cod-influenced homes. Many homes feature beautiful tropical landscaping in the front and back yards, which tend to be on the smaller side. The community includes a pool, spa and clubhouse while being close to a variety of hiking and bike trails.

The Ridgemore tract offers a private setting that is a bit further away from the beach and freeway than other communities in Forster Ranch. The close proximity to the area elementary and middle schools is a nice bonus for families with school-age children, and there is plenty for adults and kids alike to do outdoors, both in the natural elements surrounding the community and the Ridgemore amenities. The homes are a bit close together, so lot sizes are on the smaller side (pretty similar to a typical Talega tract). Many of the homes employ a beautiful Spanish design, and the community is very well maintained by the Homeowner's Association.
