Reef Gate West serves a multitude of purposes - it can be a great primary residence, a perfect vacation getaway, or a high income rental property due to the amazing location and community amenities. The location is fantastic; you are centrally-located and close to the beach, Pier, and main downtown area. Pricing in this community is also very reasonable compared to the other beach front complexes in the area; however, if you want to be in the front 'A' building, you will have to pay more. The views from many of the units are fantastic, and it is easy to navigate between buildings and down to the beach due to the elevator system and various pathways and stairs. The community areas are nice and well-maintained, and the storage lockers are very convenient for those looking to keep their sandy outdoor objects out of their homes.
