Presidio Point

Presidio Point is a small condo community featuring sizable floor plans and ocean views. Presidio Point is very close to El Camino Real and Avenida Del Mar, so the best amenities San Clemente has to offer are not far from your doorstep.

Community Amenities
The size of the community creates a peaceful atmosphere due to its separation from the street.
The community, like many homes in San Clemente, features a Spanish-influenced aesthetic that looks very appealing. Due to the elevated location of the community, many Presidio Point condos have pretty views of the ocean and Downtown area. There is a small community area with a spa, and the size of the community creates a peaceful atmosphere due to its separation from the street and the existence of only 16 homes in the community.
San Clemente Coastal Living Review
The proximity to the Downtown area is probably the best feature of Presidio Point.
Presidio Point is a very simple condo community with large floor plans and a private location. The buildings and community as a whole appear to be well-maintained by the HOA, and the proximity to the Downtown area is probably the best feature of Presidio Point. Many of the homes have ocean views, although some are better than others due to location within the community (the buildings at the top naturally have the best views). The community is close to the freeway but far enough away where traffic noise is minimal. The inclusion of water and trash in the HOA dues is a nice feature, and the overall serene atmosphere due to the small number of condos makes Presidio Point a great place for people looking for a quiet place to live.
