Presidential Heights I offers a serene atmosphere throughout the community due to a multitude of green belt and flat grassy areas. Even though the untis technically do not have backyards, the community feels like one large backyard that is shared by all residents. Select homes have great ocean views, while other are located along the golf course. The home have nice open floor plans and sizable bedrooms; the one downside is that there are only a few single-story homes in this community. However, the location is great, the community is well-maintained by the HOA, and the overall atmosphere is soothing and peaceful.
