There will be little-to-no thru-traffic in this area, and the views of the surrounding nature coupled with the distant ocean make this a tranquil place to love. The proximity to outdoor activities is great, and while it does take a few minutes to get down the hill to the shopping centers along Avenida Pico, it is not like you are in the middle of nowhere. The homes are not much larger than 2,000 square feet, but they are beautiful homes, and you will have a hard time finding a more private location than Pacific Shores.
