Oyster Bay is an excellent choice for buyers who want to live in the Coast District yet don't want to be too far away from the various amenities enjoyed by San Clemente residents. Freeway access is very easy from Oyster Bay, and you are close to the shopping centers off Camino De Los Mares and only a couple of miles from the beach. Oyster Bay residents will enjoy a close proximity to the planned new shops and restaurants in the future Marblehead Coastal development, although homes with ocean views may lose those when the development is built. This is a very quiet and private area because it is so insulated from main streets, and the cul-de-sac location of most of the homes only adds to this serene atmosphere.
