Residents of Ocean Hills have a lot to be happy about...the views are fantastic, the condos are large and cozy, and the location close to shopping and a movie theater cannot be beat. Ocean Hills real estate offers a good variety of floor plans, and the majority of the homes have great coastline and city views due to the high elevation. Even though the beach is a couple of miles away, it is not hard to get down to PCH, and the proximity to the movie theater, grocery stores and eateries more than makes up for this. The community amenities are fantastic (especially the executive golf course), making Ocean Hills a popular and desirable place to call home.
