The units have open living areas, and the rooms are decently-sized, particularly the master bedrooms. The attached decks have nice views of either the golf course or ocean; decks facing north will have views of the freeway, and these units tend to have more traffic noise than units facing south. The location is excellent as you are close to freeway access, the golf course, and Downtown San Clemente, plus the beach is only 1.5 miles away. These are some of the cheapest condo options in San Clemente and make a nice primary home or a great investment option.
