You cannot say enough about the views from these homes; they are absolutely the main reason to think about purchasing a Normandie Ridge home. Privacy is excellent in this area, yet you still have easy access to Coast District amenities and the freeway. There has not been a recorded sale in Normandie Ridge since December 2008, so people seem to enjoy living in this tract.
