The first word that comes to mind when thinking of New Providence real estate is: COZY. The floor plans are well laid out and feel very warm; there are a lot of windows to let in the beautiful Southern California sunshine, so even the smaller condos feel bigger than they actually are. Not all condos have ocean views, and some that do may find those limited once Marblehead Coastal is developed. The centralized location is great, but some homes do have to deal with some traffic noise due to the nearby freeway.
