Mystic Hill's location amongst the Coast District hills creates panoramic city and coastline views from some of the homes. While not as highly elevated as other Coast District tracts, Mystic Hills residents still enjoy great views and substantial privacy due to the abundance of cul-de-sacs in the tract. Mystic Hill is in a very convenient location in the Coast District hills. Unlike the majority of tracts in this area, Mystic Hill is close to Interstate 5 yet is not really bothered by freeway noise due to an elevated location. This locale affords select homes with beautiful ocean views, and the overall feel to the community is very serene due to the coastal design of the homes. The proximity to area amenities is an excellent feature, and Mystic Hill is not far from the beautiful San Clemente beaches. The views could be a bit better for this price range, but the homes feel very cozy, and the location is excellent.
