Many units have multiple patios or an upstairs balcony, and parking for guests is never an issue due to the abundance of street spots. You are not far from the beach, parks or shopping centers; in fact, you will almost always see people taking a nice stroll to nearby amenities since cars are not necessarily required. This is a nice community that maintains a beautiful natural setting in a suburban-type environment.
