The proximity to the freeway may be bothersome to some people; while you are not right on top of it, you can hear traffic noise during peak hours. Marbrisa homes will enjoy further appreciation once the homes and commercial centers of Marblehead Coastal are finally built; Marbrisa residents will be very close to the numerous shops and restaurants that are planned for the new development.
