The floor plans are all two-story and contain 5 to 7 bedrooms, 5.5 to 7.5 bathrooms, and 3 to 4-car garages. Lucia homes are priced in the low to high $1,000,000 range. Lucia residents, since they live in a gated community, pay two separate monthly HOA assessments: one for the Lucia community, which is approximately $30-50; and the other for the Talega Master HOA, which is between $150-175.

Lucia contains some of the most luxurious real estate options in Talega...buyers who want a huge house will have a difficult time finding ones much bigger in San Clemente that fall in this price range (something this size in Southwest San Clemente would be 2-3 times as expensive. The lot sizes are also huge, so entertainer backyards are prevalent throughout the community. Talega real estate does not get much better than Lucia.
