Part of the larger Highland Light guard-gated development, Highland Light Village is a detached condo community with homes that feel like single family residences. Gorgeous coastline views can be found from many of the homes.

When Highland Light Village was developed, the real estate was zoned as detached condos; however, the look and feel resembles a single family residence more than a condo or townhome. The homes range from 1,473 to 2,318 square feet and are priced from the mid $500,000s to the high $800,000s. These one and two-story floor plans offer 3-4 bedrooms, 2-2.5 bathrooms, and 2-car garages. HOA fees are approximately $220 to $290 per month.

Community Amenities

While Highland Light Village does not feature community amenities, many of the homes have been upgraded with modern refinements, and select homes have entertainer's backyard complete with a pool, spa, and/or built-in BBQ area. Located in one of the nicer gated communities in San Clemente, Highland Light Village offers great homes with open floor plans and fantastic views. The community's location is central to a lot of nice surrounding amenities, and you are not too far from the Downtown area or the beach. The community is incredibly well-kept by the HOA, and the 24-hour guard service creates a nice sense of tranquility for owners and their guests. Upgrades can be found in a lot of these homes along with panoramic views. While the homes are smaller than their counterparts in Highland Light Estates, the prices are lower and the floor plans are still spacious and comfortable. Some of the better deals in Marblehead can be found in Highland Light Village.
