The tract is quite large and located in a private location, so while access to the beach and freeway is a bit far, the atmosphere is very peaceful. The homes are on the newer side, and some have been upgrades with modern appointments and entertainer's backyards. You are not far from area schools, and fitness buffs will really enjoy exercising on the various trails in the area. If you can deal with being further away from the ocean, then El Encanto is a great place to settle.
